BOD Meeting Minutes

Once a month the Executive Board meets to discuss the day to day business of ABATE of Illinois. During the months when there is no State Board meeting the E-board usually convenes at the Prairieland Chapter Building in Decatur or the Ramada Limited in Springfield, at 10:30 AM. Any ABATE member is invited to attend, but please check in advance with the State Secretary for date or location changes.

The E Board meets monthly, and the State BOD meets every other month (usually at the Brookens Library Auditorium at U of I in Springfield) to keep ABATE of Illinois functioning properly and to vote on changes and new initiatives. Chapter input discussed at chapter meetings is taken to the Board of Directors by State Board Reps to be communicated to the other chapters. Information concerning your freedom to ride is brought back to you from these meetings.

Brookens Auditorium is located at the University of Illinois campus
Springfield, Illinois
