Well we learned something new today... If you take your motorcycle test on a two wheel motorcycle (Class L or M), the M Class, will allow you ride a two wheel in that class or a 3 wheel motorcycle. If you take the test on a 3 wheel motorcycle, you will "always" be restricted to a 3 wheel ride and never allowed to ride a two wheeler. Until you test with only 2 wheels. Taking the test on a 3 wheel motorcycle limits your availability on what you drive.. Your license would say you have a "Class M", however.......... you would have a J11 restriction, where you are limited to a 3 wheel ride only....!!!!!!!!!!. To learn about this......click here to read Section 1030 ! Scroll down about 3/4 of the page and you will see the J Classifications, look at J11. |

| Peoria county once again has shown a willingness to work with ABATE of Illinois. The committee on Land usage at their meeting on Wednesday March 26, agreed to work with ABATE to create a county ordinance that everyone can live with. A special thanks to the Peoria county Sheriff, who helped along with Aaron Schock to convince the committee to work with us. Good Job by hunter John Harris and the local Chapters in getting the people to the meeting. |
