Subject: legislative update A.B.A.T.E. vs Topinka et al.

I was informed by George Tinkham that the Judge ruled against ABATE of

Illinois. denying our motion for summary judgment..

Regardless of his ruling, we will still seek a permanent injunction and will

ask that all money transferred from our dedicated funds be returned. We are

also asking the court to certify this as a class action.

We shall keep you advised as things develop.
