-          call the senate members ask them to vote ‘no’ on HB1148

-          call the house members and ask them to vote ‘yes’ on HB730

-          call the senate & house members and ask them to vote ‘yes’ on SB 42 & HB 934

HB 1148 – Osmond, has passed the house and still awaits a committee assignment.

This is a snowmobile helmet law for 16 and under.

HB 730 – Bradley, passed committee on a vote of 6-5-0 it is on second reading in the house and Representative Aaron Schock has been added as a co-sponsor

This bill provides for punitive damages should a municipality pass a helmet law

This bill prohibits seizure of vehicle due to equipment violations
