ABATE of IL Inc., it's officers and/or employees will not disclose any personal information about it's membership without the expressed written permission of the person(s) involved. Information used by A.B.A.T.E. of IL, Inc. or it's officers/employees for internal business purposes shall be exempt. No chapter or group shall receive information pertaining to the membership of any other chapters. Any membership services contracted to outside sources must be pre-approved by the Board of Directors. A confidentiality contract (non-disclosure) will be automatically required in all cases.
