Vendor Booth Agreement

We must vote on a vendor before entering into contract with a vendor.  So, please make sure to give out the right contracts.  If you are not sure, contact Chris Norton or Pilar Thomas.

2007 Rally Solicitation Letter

If you get a donation, please turn it in to Pilar Thomas (Treasurer).  If it is Cash, please label it as Anniversary Rally money and who the donor was.  If there was an intended use of the money, please let Pilar know.
